DUCTIM-X supports players in the construction industry who want to reduce project risks and costs as well as recognize on-site quality assurance and continuous schedule control as essential. The unique 3D (static and mobile) scanners we use, along with associated software based on a patented algorithm, provide a digital inventory of existing or continuous monitoring of progress and dimensional stability in buildings under construction. By creating accurate and reliable 3-D measurement data of the construction progress in combination with the comparison of the data with the commissioned 3D building models significantly reduce any change costs on the construction site. Last but not least, we also take over the modeling service in the ifc exchange format as part of Building Information Modeling (BIM).
